Q: How do I report a customer service issue?
A: Customer service is our number one priority. If you feel that you were not treated or serviced properly, please let us know right away. We promise to promptly contact you and resolve the issue.
Q: Can I borrow money for any reason?
A: Yes. The reason you need the money is not important, just that you have a need or desire for extra cash is good enough. Many of our customers borrow money for unexpected expenses, car repairs, vacations, school expenses, home improvements, major purchases, Christmas, and so much more.
Q: What size of loans do you make?
A: Our typical loan is between $500 and $10,000 with a flexible and affordable payments. Unlike PayDay Lenders, the Hometown Group is a traditional installment lender.
